I thought today was going to be a slow sports day, it turned out to be a big night in sports.
The show started with Nick Masuda of Golfweek Magazine talking about Lefty’s win across the pond. We discussed the tournament and its highs and lows. We talked about how surprised we were about Phil’s win and Tiger Woods’ collapse as well as some of the others on the leader board. Also on the golf talk, what happens for the rest of the season.
Ryan Braun’s suspension from baseball for the remainder of the season was a huge topic tonight. The story broke right before I went on the air and I gave my two cents and then some on the use of PED’s in baseball. Great conversation along with a great caller!
