Back and better than ever is a fact! Last week, we suffered a tragedy with the loss of our original sound board but tonight we debuted a brand new board and it made the show sound its best. Now granted, you can sound great but you have to back that up with amazing guests and conversations and we had that tonight!

Special thanks to Adam Cristo for pulling double duty tonight. Adam produced the show as well as a great report from the American Airlines Arena to give us the latest on Chris Bosh’s injury.

Ryan Walsh joined me from Boston to talk about the Sixers-Celtics series. Greg Simmons came on from San Antonio and was fantastic in his debut helping me break down the Clippers-Spurs semi final and the future of San Antonio professional sports. Tommy Shoegler made his return to the show from Indianapolis and we talked about the Heat-Pacers series as well as the future of the Colts.

I also began the discussions of the upcoming London Olympic Games. We will talk more about them as we get closer to the summer games and how I want to see more amateurs, less professionals representing the USA.

Throughout the show, I talked about the underlying issue of injuries in sports, specifically, head injuries in the NFL. I gave my pledge to you, I will continue to report and discuss the important issues facing the sports we love, even when other shows and networks will not.

That is what makes, SILVERMAN: On Sports so special, so unique and so important.ENJOY!
