What a diverse show tonight! Loved talking Chicago sports and 60s music with The Buckinghams Carl Giammarese. Fun interview about a great time in music and we finished the interview with a little bit of Carl’s favorite Beatles songs Something. He sang not me.
When you think about fun in sports, you must think about mascots and the Godfather of Feathers, the San Diego Chicken made his way onto the show. Thanks to Ted Giannoulas for sharing some great stories about his time inside the suit.
In the 80s and 90s soccer in America was played indoors. It was pinball with humans and the game is making a comeback. Andrew Haines owns the St. Louis Ambush and he is returning the rock and roll soccer game to Florida with the Tropics. It was a fun conversation about a really fun sport.
Enjoy!
